武钢5号高炉环形出铁场除尘系统设计

Design of dust collection system on the round casthouse of No5 BF at Wuhan Iron & Steel Co.

武钢5号高炉环形出铁场一次除尘采用电除尘器除尘,无二次除尘。整个系统共设有43个抽风点,其中10个属铁口抽风系统;渣铁沟、摆动流咀加盖设罩抽风以加强局部收尘;环形出铁场利用自然抽风改善室内环境。生产实绩表明,电除尘器除尘效率达96.6％～98.3％,排放烟气含尘浓度仅为18～33mg/m^3,低于国家排放标准。

The premary dust collection is carried out by electric pricipitator on the round casthouse of No5 BF at Wuhan Iron & Steel Co.Here there is'nt secondary dust collection.A total of 43 draft points is set up for the casthouse dust collection system,and 10 of them service iron notchs.Slag runer,iron runner and swinging spout are covered by hood.The casthouse building is ventilated by natural draft ventilation.The results obtained in operational practice show that the dust collection efficiency of electric pricipitator reachs 96.6%~98.3%,and dust content of discharged gas is 18-33mg/m3 which is below National Standar level.
