摘要
马钢两个烧结、炼铁系统使用南非铁矿的实践表明,只要适当控制南非铁矿粉配比(<15%),增加烧结矿中MgO含量,保持炉缸热稳定,可以使300m^3高炉获得高产。对马钢老炼铁系统而言,因南非矿进口价格较便宜,经济效益显著,不失为一种可以考虑的进口矿种。
The sintering test of South Africa iron ore fines and test on sinter metallurgical proper-ties were carried out by Iron and Steel Research Institute of Maanshan I &.S Co.On the basis of the laboratory test results adding South Africa ore fines in the sinter production was made in No1 and No2 sintering-ironmaking systems of Maanshan I & S Co.The operational practice shows that the high output may be achieved in 300m3 BF if the ratio of South Africa iron ore fines in the mix is controlled less than 15%,MgO content of sinter is increased and thermal stability of hot metal in hearth is kept.
