摘要
马钢新1号(2500m^3)高炉设计采用了并列式双矩形出铁场。在东西两出铁场下面设有鱼雷罐车停放行走线2条。东出铁场配置1个铁口,与高炉中心线交角24°;西出铁场设2个铁口,夹角48°。主铁沟和支沟总长93m,渣沟长104m,残铁沟长59m。在2个出铁场外侧设有INBA水渣处理系统和干渣坑。每个铁口分别装备有风动开铁口机、全液压矮身泥炮、风动摆动流嘴、液压主沟盖悬臂吊、风冷贮铁式固定主沟等。运输工具可直接驶达风口平台。出铁场屋顶为球式结构。在出铁场上还设有布袋除尘设施。
Two parallel rectangular cast houses have been designed on the new No1 BF of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co..There are three tapholes in the cast houses,one in east,and the other two in west.The INBA slag granulation system and dry slag pit are laid out at the outside of cast houses.Pneumatic taphole drill,short hydraulic clay gun,swinging spout,hydraulic cantilever crane for cover of main runner,air cooling iron-stored fixed main runner are equipped for taphole.Transport facilities can get to tuyere platform directly.The roof of cast house is of spherical structure,and the bag house dust collectors is also equipped in cast house.
