酒钢高炉喷煤连续计量工艺改进

摘要 酒钢高炉喷煤工艺采用高压重叠罐下喷式单管路加炉前分配器形式。直管压力平衡波纹补偿器安装在中间罐和喷吹罐之间的钟阀下面,并在喷吹罐压力下工作。基于直管压力式平衡补偿器的原理,从根本上消除了盲板力的影响,使重叠罐喷煤连续计量得以实现。喷吹罐和中间罐称量误差基本在1%左右。 The PCI flow for BF of Jiuquan I & S Co.is as follows:high pressure series hoppers with lower jet-main pipe-distributors located at casthouse-A straight pipe pressure-balanced bellows compensator is installed under bell-type valve between the weighing hopper and the injecting hopper,and it operates under pressure of injection hopper.According to the principle of straight pipe pressure-balanced bellows compensator,the influence of blind flange force can be eliminated Fundamentally and thereby it is possible to continuously meter pulverized coal amount in series hoppers.The variation of metered values in the weighing hopper and the injection hopper is approx.±1%.
