摘要
张钢1993年10月份对焦炭整粒系统进行改造,改造后中块焦(15～40mm粒级)含量增加了21％,大块焦(>60mm粒级)含量降低了11.1％,高炉冶炼取得了较好效果,利用系数提高了0.25,焦比降低了28kg/t。
The coke size stabilization system was reformed at Zhangdian Iron & Steel Works in Oct -ober,1993.Therefore,the coke in size range of 15-40mm was increased by 21% ,the sized coke of > 60mm was decreased by 11.1% .Owing to adopting the sized coke in blast furnace,the productive ratio was increased by 0.25t/(m3·d),the coke ratio was decreased by 28kg/tHM.
