超声波料位计在高炉矿槽的应用及计算槽存量的方法

摘要 马钢新1号高炉矿槽上安设了DLM50型数字式超声波料位计,通过建立矿槽内物料堆积的数学模型,计算了超声波料位计探测高度值对应的槽存量,得到的料位高度与槽存量的对照表,为供料作业管理创造了有利条件。 In order to measure continuously the material level, the DLM50 type digital ultrasonic material level meters were installed on ore bins for new №1 blast furnace at Maanshan I & S Co . A mathematical model of material piled up in bin was established. The material inventory values in bin corresponding to material level values measured by the ultrasonic material level meter were computed by means of above-mentioned mathematical model. The comparison of actual material level values and computed material inventory values in bin creates favourable conditions for material supply management.
