宝钢3号高炉出铁场设计

Design of cast houses of the №3 blast furnace at Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.

宝钢3号高炉出铁场为矩形双面出铁场布置,与1、2号高炉相比,渣沟较短,两铁口间的夹角加大,出铁场更为平坦,炉前机械化程度高。采用固定主沟,渣铁沟设有测温热电偶,以监测其内衬的温度变化。

The №3 blast furnace at Baoshan I & S Co. has been designed with two rectangular cast houses. The layout of this cast house is charactered by shorter slag runner, larger angle between two taphoies, more horizontal floor of cast house and higher mechanization in cast house operation in comparison with one of №1 and №2 BF. A fixed main trough was designed. In order to monitor the temperature variation in lining of iron and slag runner, the thermocouples'were installed.
