高炉喷煤新技术在苏钢的应用

A lot of new technologies in coal injection system for BFs at Suzhou Iron & Steel Works

苏钢喷煤系统设计中,采取了许多新技术,诸如:全部采用热风炉烟道废气作干燥剂、取消旋风除尘器、压力自平衡式补偿器应用、喷吹罐不设防爆孔、PC机热备用CO和O_2含量自动巡回检测等。该喷煤设施于1994年1月投产以来,生产状况良好,取得了很好的经济效益。

A lot of technologies have been adopted in coal injection system designed for the BF in Suzhou Iron & Steel Works,as follows.waste flue gas from hot stove as drying agent,elimination of the cyclone collector adoption of pressure self-balance compensator,no explosion hole in the injection pot,usage of in-line stand-by PC system,automatic continuous measurement of CO & O2 contents.Since the coal injection system was brought into operation in January,1994,it has worked well and great economic profits have been achieved.
