摘要
预防结瘤是高炉操作者的首要任务。接触炉墙的炉料停止运动与软熔的炉料重新凝固是高炉结瘤必不可少的前提条件。只要消除前提条件之一,炉瘤就不会形成。为此应从如下几方面进行工作:精料、保持合理的煤气分布、活跃炉缸、保持高炉顺行、严防低料线作业、防止向炉内漏水、处理好长期停风操作、控制炉腰和炉身下部温度及稳定操作。
Prevention of accretion formed in blast furnace is the most important task for BF opera-tion crews,Stop motion of.burden material contacting with furnace wall and resolidification of soft melted burden material are the absolutely necessary prerequisites to furnace accretion formation.Provided that one of above two prerequisites is eliminated,the furnace accretion will not be formed.
