高炉喷煤工艺的进步与优化

The improvement and optimization in blast furnace PCI technology

近年来,我国高炉喷煤工艺技术取得了明显的进步。制粉系统的改进主要是:取消一次风机,采用全负压操作;减少或取消旋风收粉器;采用中速磨代替球磨机。喷吹系统的改进主要是:采用“总管加分配器”流程;广泛应用流化技术;采用上出煤喷吹工艺以实现浓相输送以及煤粉单管计量和调节等。

In this paper the improvement and optimization in blast-furnace PCI technology is des-cribed.The improvement in coal pulverizing system includes:eliminating the primary fan and putting the whole system in subatmospheric pressure,reducing or eliminating the cyclones andadopting mid-speeded grinder in place of ball mill.The improvement in injecting system includes:adopting 'single tube-distributor' route,using widely fluidizing technique,adopting dense-phase transportation technique and developing the messuring technique of PC flow rate in each tube and its adjustment method etc
