摘要
1985年以来,鞍钢有5座高炉8个炉役使用了Si_3N_4-SiC砖。本文叙述了各高炉Si_3N_4-SiC砖炉衬的设计,并结总了应用经验。6号高炉在炉身中下部使用Si_3N_4-SiC砖炉衬,其一代寿命达7年零12天。
In order to prolong the B. F. lining life, it's recognized that the silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide bricks are the best refractory for the lower shaft, belly and bosh of blast furnace. Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide bricks jointly developed by Central Iron and Steel Research Institute, Shengjian Basan Plant of Shandong province, and Anshan Iron and Steel Co. have been used successfully in No.6 B. F. at Anshan Iron and Steel Co. since November 1, 1985.
