Production of No2 BF of No2 Iron Plant at Tangshan I & S Co.

唐钢二炼铁厂2号(1260m^3)高炉在设计及生产中借鉴了1号高炉的经验。在设计上作了一些重要改进;高炉投产后,在操作上寻求合理的基本操作制度,针对设备出现的问题及时组织技术攻关,进行设备改造,使2号高炉投产后10个月即突破设计能力。

In design and production,the No2 blast furnace has drawn on the experience of the No1 blast furnace of No2 Iron Plant at Tangshan I & S Co Some important improvements have been made in the design of No2 blast furnace.By exploring rational operation system,transforming the equipments which had failures and so on,the No2 BF reached the designed production capability in the 10th month after blowing-in.
