浅谈高炉合理操作炉型的维护

高炉冶炼要注意合理操作炉型的维护工作,在强化冶炼的同时,要注意改善炉渣性能,提高风温,使用富氧,采用合理装料制度,降低炉腹冷却强度,以保持炉型的完整,真正达到强化冶炼的目的。

In blast furnace operation,the operator must paid attention to maintenance of rational blast furnace operating profile.At the time of intensified smelting,improving the properties of slag,increasing hot blast temperature,enriching blast with oxygen,adopting rational charging system,decreasing cooling intensity of the bosh and so on should be carried out so as to maintain blast furnace profile smoothness and rationality.
