摘要
梅山2号高炉炉身结厚的原因主要有:原燃料质量差,有严重的边缘管道行程,频繁休风,连续悬料、坐料,频繁低料线操作,长时间慢风作业,大剂量含钛物料护炉,以及冷却设备漏水和冷却强度过大。处理炉身结厚应遵循下部吹透、上部放开的原则,同时还要适当降低结厚部位的冷却强度和维持较高的炉温。
The main causes of shaft wall accretion of No.2 BF at Shanghai Meishan Group Ltd.Co.are summarized and analyzed in this paper.They are as follows; bad quality of sinter and coke,serious peripheral channeling,frequent blowing-down,successive hanging and slip,frequent low stockline operation,mild blast operation for long time,hearth lining protection with much titanium-bearing material,water leakage of cooling equipments,excess cooling intensity and so on.The disposal of shaft wall accretion must be carried out on the principle of activating hearth by air-blast,strengthening peripheral gas flow at shaft wall,moreover,with suitably reducing the cooling intensity at the position of accretion and holding the hearth temperature in higher level.
