摘要
天铁各高炉喷煤量现已达到90kg/t左右,4号高炉1995年3月在无富氧的情况下喷煤量达126kg/t。探讨了进一步提高喷煤量的一些技术措施,诸如:选择合适的鼓风动能;确保高炉顺行;实现均匀喷吹;适当提高煤粉细度;改造喷煤系统等。
At present the coal injection rate of 90kg/tHM has been reached at Tianjin Ironworks.The coal injection rate of 126kg/tHM was reached at No.4 BF without oxygen-enriched blast in March,1995-Some technical measures of raising the coal injection rate are put forward,such as selecting reasonable blast momentum,ensuring blast furnace smooth and stable operation,realizing even coal injection,properly reducing pulverized coal size,etc.
