摘要
1989年鞍钢部分高炉喷煤工艺由多管路改为单管路,1994年全部高炉都采用了单管路喷吹工艺。几年的生产实践表明:单管路喷吹工艺具有可防止喷吹罐下部积粉、提高高炉圆周喷煤的均匀度、降低各风口间喷煤量误差(不大于7%)、降低管路阻力损失和喷吹风耗(11.6%~22.5%)等优点。
The pulverized coal injection process with a main feed pipe and distributor was applied to a part of blast furnaces of Anshan Iron & Steel Co.instead of multibranch coal injection process in 1989.Since 1994 it has been adopted at AISCO's all blast furnaces.The practice shows that the process with a main feed pipe and distributor has many advantages,such as preventing pulverized coal gathering at the bottom of injection hopper,improving the evenness of coal distribution in the circumference of BF hearth,decreasing difference in coal injection rate between neighbor tuyeres (not more than 7 %),reducing resistance loss in pipes and compressed air comsumption for coal injection by 11.6%~22.5%.
