摘要 首次提出化学萃取方法分离硫醇的基本规则.根据规则并采用简单的硫醇分离流程,筛选出了适用于分离汽油中硫醇的化学萃取剂体系MDS-H_2O-KOH,并对影响化学萃取分离硫醇回收效率的因素进行了考查.该萃取分离方法不仅能高效回收硫醇标准溶液中的单一硫醇以及混合硫醇,对催化裂化汽油以及重油催化裂化汽油中的硫醇也具有较好的富集效果. The basic rule for the seperation of thiok by chemical extraction was put forward for the first time. According to the rule and adopting a simple thiol seperation flow diagram, the chemical extractant system MDS-H2O-KOH suitable for seperating thick from gasoline was selected, and the factors affecting the recovery efficiency of thiok were also investigated. The above extraction method is not only highly efficient in recovering single thiol and mixed thiok from standard thiol solu-tion, but ako gives good enriching effect of thiok from both FCC and RFCC gasoline.
