摘要 为解决化工型甲基叔丁基醚装置抽余液(作化工原料)中二甲醚含量高(达600ppm)的问题,开发了脱二甲醚技术,并在工业试验装置上进行了标定.标定结果表明,该装置操作平稳,产品二甲醚含量降低到40ppm以下,能耗较低,但C_4回收率稍低(只有97.60%),操作有待改善. In order to reduce the high content (more than 600 ppm) of dimethyl ether in the raffinate from MTBE extraction of chemical type MTBE unit, a dimethyl ether removal process was developed and performance test was conducted on commer-cial unit. The results indicated that the unit was smooth in operation, and low in energy consumption. The dimethyl ether content in the product was reduced to 40 ppm, while the recovery percent was rather too low (only 97.6%), and operation re-mained to be improved.
