摘要
在精馏塔动态模型中,能量平衡方程一般被假定为拟稳态的,因而常常被近似成为代数方程.这一假设会严重影响动态模型过渡过程的准确性.本文通过对某脱乙烷精馏塔的动态仿真,系统地研究了能量平衡方程对动态模型的影响,并给出了一个新的精馏塔动态数学模型.
In the derivation of dynamic models of rectifying columns, the energy balance equations are generally assumed to be quasistatic. As a result, they are often simplified as algebraic equations. This assumption should seriously affect the accuracies of the transient responses of dynamic models. By dynamic simulation for a deethanizing column, the influences of energy bal-ance equations on dynamic models were investigated systematically and a new dynamic mathematical model for rectifying col-umn was given.
