催化裂化分馏塔结盐的处理

摘要 流化催化裂化分馏塔结盐,主要是进料带来的氮化物和无机氯盐,在催化裂化环境下生成NH_3和HCl,溶于水后生成NH_4Cl沉积在塔板上所致.结盐时伴随有塔顶温度调整不灵活,塔顶循环回流泵抽空和轻柴油闪点不合格和抽出困难等现象.预防结盐,要从改善进料和操作条件入手.用水洗涤是处理结盐的较好方法. Salt deposition in fractionator of FCCU mainly results from the deposit of NH4Cl on trays, NH4Cl being formed by the dissolution of NH3 and HCl in water, which produced from nitrogen compounds and inorganic chlorides in feedstocks under the circumstances of catalytic cracking. Accompanying with the salt deposition, there were inflexible adjustment of fractionator top temperatures, cavitation in top circulating reflux pump, production of light gas oil with substandard flash point as well as difficult drawing out from the column, etc. It is necessary to improve both feedstocks quality and operating conditions, and water washing has been proven as effective method for beating salt deposition.
