摘要 对炼油厂重油催化裂化车间污水中轻烃的含量进行了现场测定.结果表明:污水中其它非烃化合物的存在使得中压下轻烃在污水中的溶解度远大于在纯水中的溶解度.这部分轻烃随污水排放到水处理车间,一方面造成轻烃的损失,另一方面影响生产装置的安全.本文提出了解决这一问题的方法. The contents of light hydrocarbons in waste water from residue FCCU were analyzed. Results showed that, the solubilities of light hydrocarbons in waste water under moderate pressure are much greater than those in pure water, owing to the pres-ence of other non-hydrocarbon compounds in the waste water. These light HCs, when discharged together with the waste wat-er to WWT facilities, could be lossed and give effect on the safety of operating units. Solution to this problem was presented.
