摘要
大庆油田化学助剂厂催化裂化装置1991～1992年将反应进料的原料油喷嘴和油浆回炼喷嘴先后改为LPC-1型高效喷嘴,几年来的运行证明,此喷嘴雾化性能好,具有提高轻质油收率和降低生焦率等特点.
During 1991 - 1992, both spraying nozzle for feedstock and recyde slurry into the reactor of FCCU in the Additive Plant of Daqing Oilfield were successively replaced by the high efficiency LPC-1 spraying nozzles. Operation practices in recent years showed that, LPC-1 nozzle is characterized by excellent spraying performance, enhanced light oils yield and reduced coke formation rate, etc..
