摘要 锦西炼化总厂延迟焦化装置由于生产中渣油温度比设计温度低,造成原料泵电动机超负荷,排量达不到设计要求。为解决此问题,将渣油与柴油的换热由在原料泵后改到原料泵前,提高了原料泵入口渣油温度(由90℃上升到165℃),达到了预期目的。 In the delayed coking unit of Jinxi General Petrochemical Works, because the residue oil temperature in operation was lower than the design value, the feed pump motor was overloaded and the pump discharge could not reach the design capacity. In order to solve these problems, the residue oil was heated by gas oil on the upstream instead of downstream of the pump formerly. Meanwhile, residue oil temperature at the feed pump inlet was increased from 90 ~ 165℃ and design requirements were fulfilled.
