摘要
取稻谷100粒接入麦蛾卵50粒，取稻谷100粒接入麦蛾卵100粒，在RH为75％，27℃条件下与称取稻谷样5g，接入麦蛾卵100粒的可靠方法相比较，观察和评定各抗性指标。结果表明：取稻谷100粒接卵50粒的处理无论是成虫羽化率还是敏感系数，在各品种间表现的趋势基本上与5g稻谷接卵100粒处理的结果一致，因而该方法准确可靠。
The methods of inculating 100 grains of paddy with 50 eggs of Sitotroga cerealella Oliv.and inculating 100 grains of paddy with 100 eggs of S. cerenlella Oliv. were compared with the method of inculating 100 eggs with 5g paddy at RH 75% and 27℃. The resistant indexes were observed and evaluated. The results showed that there was an identical trend either in adult emergence or in sensible coefficient in the methed of 100 grains of paddy with 50 eggs compared with 5g paddy with 100eggs for different spieies. So the method is accurate and reliable.
