摘要
本文采用简化的动力学过程描述化学氧碘激光器中储能体O2(1Δg)的气相传输行为,讨论了O2(1Δg)气相传输的最佳温度环境,结果表明,当传输通道温度约为-23℃时,O2(1Δg)处于最佳传输环境.进一步讨论了除水冷阱的温度限定条件。
By means of a simple kinetics model,we discuss the optimum temperature condition of O_2( ̄1Δg)during transporting in(COIL).The result indicates when the temperature of transportation system is about -23℃,the deactivate process is in the weakest state,which is quite agreement with the experimental result.At last,we discuss the limited condition of water vapor trap temperature.
