摘要
系统地分析了箱体类零件以平面定位基准定位时,定位元件支承钉和支承板两种夹紧力的计算类型,并根据夹紧力作用点与支承重心的重合和不重合,提出四种情况下的夹紧力计算方法。
Systematically analysis is given of the models for two kinds of clamping forces calculation, which are governed by supporting bolts for fixing blocks and supporting plates when the box type parts are being positioned with plane reference. Again in the paper, the methods of the clamping forces calculation under four situations are proposed on the basis of the acting point exerted by the clamping force in relation to the supporting barycenter to be found if the both in question is in coincidence or not.
