对PVA与碘在草酸介质中的显色反应做了研究,发现在0.02~0.1mol/L的草酸溶液中,PVA与碘形成的配合物最大吸收峰在595nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.60×105,PVA含量在0.004~0.
The paper makes a study of color ation reaction of PVA and iodine in the presence of oxalic acid medium under the appropriate conditions. In a solution containing 0.02 ̄0.1 mol/L oxalic acid, the the maximum absorption peak of the compound formed with PVA and iodine is found at wave length being 595 nm, with mole absorption coefficient being 5.60×10 5. The content ranging from 0.004 ̄0.28 mg/ml conform to Beer Law.
