机床夹具误差的微分分析法

摘要 在机床夹具设计中,经常需要进行误差的分析和计算。在有关夹具研究和设计的资料中,多数采用几何作图法来完成。本文采用“微分分析法”,通过微分运算来确定夹具的误差,使分析工作概念清楚,方法统一。 The practicability of determining jig error by means of differential analysis method is proved theoretically. It is proposed that the machining errors are mainly caused by the locating errors when machining the workpiece with jig. And the calculating procedure and the application scope of the method are illustrated by the practical examples. The result shows that the differential analysis method is only adapted to the jigs with simple structure and low precision.
