摘要
介绍一种集成温度变换器ＡＤ５９０的电学性能、特点、误差与校正方法。同时提出了它在温度检测、温度补偿以及在微机温度采集系统中的应用。
The paper introduces one kind of integrated temperature converter AD590, including its electric performance features, error and error checking method as well. At the same time, it has also proposed some of its applications in temperature checking and compensating, and the system for microcomputers to collect temperatures.
