摘要
研究了n粉与PVA单独及复合使用后对水玻璃砂初始强度、高温残留强度等性能的影响,结果表明:PVA-n型复合溃散剂能大幅度降低水玻璃砂400℃以上的残留强度,使其具有良好的溃散性。
A research is made on the effects performed by the residuary strength owing to high temperature and the initial strength of the sodium silicate sand after n powder and PVA are compounded in use, or in individua use. The results show that the use of PVA-n composite breakdown agent can greatly reduce the residuary strength of the sodium silicate sand under the temperature over 400℃, thus causing this composite agent to have much better breakdown scattering characteristics.
