镁铬质直孔陶瓷过滤器的研究

摘要 介绍了采用特制的切割机切割聚苯乙烯泡沫制型,然后浇注镁铬质浆料成型过滤器的方法,并研究了浆料的成分、过滤器结构参数等对过滤器性能的影响以及该种过滤器过滤钢水的效果,结果表明:经高温烧结后形成了众多的孔洞。 The paper introduces that the gasificated cellular ceramic filters are made by a new kind of producing process in which the pulp with MgO-Cr 2O 3 flows into pattern plates made from polystyrene foams by a device specially designed and a built cutter is used to cut plates of foams. It also discusses the ingredients of the pulp and the structure parameters, properties of filters and effects resulted from the molten steel filtrated by the filters. The result shows that porouses formed through high temperature sintering have really improved the finished products properties to resist heat and the impactiveness.
