摘要
在海带夹苗期,用适量TA乳粉浸苗,可提高藻体内硝酸还原酸及磷酸烯醇式两酮酸羧激酶的活性,提高保苗率,促进海带迅速生长,增加其宽度及厚度,提高叶绿素及岩藻黄素含量,增强光合速率,促进其对无机盐的吸收,增加体内核酸含量,从而为海带优质高产奠定了生理及物质基础.其最佳施用浓度为2×10-6mg·L-1,最佳浸苗时间为2h.
The author infiltrats the young Laminaria with appropriate content of Triacontanol(TA) during it's young. The results shows that the enzyme activity of nitrate reductase(NRA) and phosphoenol pyruvate carboxykinase (PEP-CK) is enhanced. The rate of the protected young is raised, so do the growth, the blade thickness and the width of Laminaria. By the way, the TA can increase the content of chlorophyll, fucoxanthin and nuleic acids ; improve the photosynthesis rate 1 promote the inorganic salt absorption in Laminaria. So it makes a physiological and material foundations for the good quality and high output of Laminaria. In conclusion, the best treated density is 2 × 10-6mg·L-1, and the best infiltrated time is 2 hours.
