摘要
给出了以晶体二极管Ｉ－Ｖ特性精确测定玻耳兹曼常数的方法，修正了杨介信等所给出的测试规程和要求．
The method is worked out to determine the Boltzmann constant accurately with the aid of the I-V characteristic of the transistor diode.It improves the method in ref.[2] with a good availability of the materials needed and very good reproduction.
