摘要
经电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定,蝮蛇短尾亚种体内含有大量的宏量元素Ca、Mg、P及微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Se、Sr、Al、Cr、Ba、Pb、Ge和Mo.但这些元素在各器官间的含量存在显著差异:Zn、Fe、Al、Cr在蛇体内含量较高;Cu、Mn含量中等;Se、Sr、Ba、Pb含量较少,而Ge、Mo含量甚微.结果提示蝮蛇短尾亚种体内各器官的微量元素分布特点是与其生理生化功能相适应的.
he distribution of trace elements in Agkistrodon halys brevicaudus Stejneger were analysed through ICP-AES. The results showed that it has large amount of great elements like Ca, Mg, P; and still 12 kinds of trace elements as Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn,Se, Sr, Al, Ba, Ph, Ge and Mo. Their contents are quite different in various organs of snake. By comparison, Zn, Fe, Al, Cr presents their bigest value in the snake; and it has medium value of Cu, Mn; but less Se, Sr, Ba, Ph, Ge and Mo. The results suggest that the chacteristic of trace elements distribution in Agkistrodon halys brevicaudus Stejneger corresponds to it's physiological and biochemical function.
