烷基樟脑烯醇衍生物香料的合成

SYNTHESIS OF ALKYL CAMPHORENOL DERIVATIVE PERFUME

以樟脑烯醛与卤代烷进行格林亚反应，合成了７种烷基樟脑烯醇及其乙酸酯或其氧化产物，总共２１个化合物。测定其ＭＳ、ＩＲ与香气特征。多数化合物具有清凉木香，兼有水果香、花香等香气。

compounds including 7 alkyl camphorenol and their acetic esters or oxidizing preducts weresynthesized by Grignard reaction of camphorenal with halohydrocarbon. They were examined by MS,IRand olfactory assessments. Many compounds processed cool woody smell and fruit,flower smell.
