摘要
应用差热天平,对原黑液浓缩物和酸沉析木素进行差热分析和热重分析,得到差热曲线DTA和热重曲线TG。解析结果表明:酸沉析木素比原黑液浓缩物热解温度低、速度快、灰分少,作为活性炭原料或高级燃料等的热解过程有明显的优越性,为草浆黑液合理利用于热化学加工,提供基础试验数据。
Differential thermal balance was used in thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermalanalysis of acid precipitated lignins(APL ) and concentrated black liquor(CBL ). The results fromanalysing DTA and TG curves showed that the advantages of APL to CBL in the process of pyrolysis werelow pyrolytic temperature,high velocity and low ash content etc.. The experiment provided the fundamen-tal data for the rational use of black liquor of straw pulping in the thermochemical processing.
