摘要
以木屑为原料,采用氯化锌法在FS-Ⅲ型隧道活化炉中生产颗粒活性炭的工艺过程,并就生产中锌屑比、粘结剂、填充剂等的配比和活化温度、时间等对产品的吸附性能、强度及锌耗量的影响进行了试验探讨。
This paper describes the technological process of producing granular activated carbon from saw-dust by zinc chloride method in Model FS-Ⅲ tunnel activation furnace. Effects of the ratio of ZnCl_2 to saw-dust,amounts of cohesive agent and filling agent used as well as the activation temperature and time on thequality of product and ZnCl_2 consumption were investigated.
