摘要
运用600-EX型锥形除砂器,对落叶松硫酸盐浆中早、晚材纤维进行了分离。通过正交试验运用极差分析方法,得出了影响分离效果的因素大小次序为纸浆浓度、除砂器下出口径和进浆压力;最佳操作工艺条件为纸浆浓度0.25%~0.22%,进浆压力0.5MPa、出渣口径为φ10.74mm。分级前原浆中早材纤维含量为43.2%;分级后早材浆中早材纤维为78.7%,晚材浆中早材纤维为7.66%。分级前后落叶松硫酸盐浆与杨木CMP配抄300g/m ̄2牛皮挂面箱板纸,分级后纸浆配抄得的纸板,外观平整光洁,耐破、环压强度得到了一定的改善,耐折强度大幅度提高,产品质量超过国家A级标准。
Experiments were carried out on separation of kraft pulp from Larix gmelini by means of a 600-EX hydrocyclone to assess the efficiency of spring and autumn fibres separation in different operating con-ditions, The order of the main effective factors is as stock consistency,dimension of outlet(bottom) of thehydrocyclone and inlet pressure; the reasonable operating conditions are : stock consistency 0.25%~0.22%,inlet pressure 0.5 MPa and dimension of the outlet (bottom) 10.74 mm. The spring wood fibre ra-tio of original kraft pulp is 43.2%and that of spring fibre pulp separated 78.8%.Combining with 80%of poplar CMP and 20%of kraft pulps(before and after separation),linerboardof 300g/m ̄2 was made,The quality of the products from poplar CMP and separated kraft pulps was suit orover that of the″A″grade of China national standard.
