B超诊断头颈部错构瘤四例报告

Diagnosis of cephalocevical hamartoma by ultrasonography(A report of 4 cases)

报告经Ｂ超诊断并与手术所见及病理检查结果相一致的头颈部错构瘤４例，三种不同病理类型的错构瘤声象图均表现出相应的特征：①以脂肪等为主者可见中至高或中弱回声区，包块呈不规则的椭圆形，其内有多个片状光团相互融合；②以囊性为主者可见回声区内较强的分布不均的光点，伴多个不等圆形无回声区；③以血管成分为主者可见较强的分布不均的光点，以及少许无回声区或点状无回声区。认为：Ｂ超检查对头颈部错构瘤的诊断和鉴别有一定的价值。

cases of cephalocevical hamartoma were diagnosed by ultrasonography,clinical operation and pathology,Three kinds of cephalocevical hamartomas have showed relevant ultrasonographic features.The author pointed out that ultrasonography is valuable for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cephalocevical hamartoma.
