光化学诱导豚鼠耳蜗微血栓形成的超微病理研究 被引量:10

Ultrastructural study of photochemically induced micro-thrombosis in the guinea pig cochlea

摘要 采用静豚注射四碘四氯荧光素二钠,以波长为550±20nm的光照射耳蜗的方法,诱导耳蜗局部微血管内发生光化学反应;电镜观察见血管内皮细胞受损,以致血小板被受损的内皮细胞激活,粘附聚集于内皮细胞或暴露的基膜表面而形成微血栓,导致耳蜗发生微循环障碍。微血栓由脱颗粒和含颗粒、形态不规则的血小板构成,其间有少量纤维素和部分红细胞。提示:光化学反应致血栓形成过程与病理状态下的内皮细胞受损和基膜暴露激活血小板致血栓形成的过程基本一致,与临床某些内耳微循环障碍的病理过程可能有一定的相似性。 Rose bengal was intravenously injected into the guinea pigs and the lateral wall of cochlea was illuminated with green light (wave length:550±20nm).Photochemical reaction tookplace in the microvasculature of cochlea. Ultrastructural study showed that photochemical reactioncould damage the endotheliocytes, So the platelets adhered and aggregated in the small vessels,which caused the disorder of cochlea microcirculation, Micro-thrombosis consisted mainly of granu lated or degranulated platelets, among which there were small amount of fibrins and red blood cells. Our present results indicate that the process of thrombosis in this study is in agreement with the pathological thrombosis and may resemble to the cochlea microcirculatory disorder in some patients.
