中耳及镫骨手术并发感音性聋的原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 报告行中耳及镫骨手术608耳,术后1月内出现骨导下降10dB以上7耳,感音性聋发生率达1.15%。经对产生并发症的原因进行分析认为,术中避免机械能经听骨链传入内耳,人工镫骨手术严格遵循操作常规,避免术中吸引器噪声损伤,都是预防耳蜗损伤所必需的。
