生物陶瓷中耳通气管的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of gromment ventilation of bioinert ceramic in secretory media obitis

报告用羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷加少量添加剂经特殊加工制成钮扣式生物陶瓷中耳通气管，根据临床需要备有大、中、小３个型号。经对５０例分泌性中耳炎引流观察，认为该通气管具有高度生物相容性，与国外同类产品相比同样安全、可靠，无任何副作用，且价廉、实用，能明显改善听力，值得推广使用。

Abstract Making hydroxylapatite bioinert ceramic with a little additive into grommet ventilation specially in form of button was reported. According to clinical necessity, we have prepared them in large,middle and small size. Throught clinical observation on 50 casses for secretory media otitis this grommet ventilation was considered high biological suitability. Compared with the similar products abroad this bioinert ceramic is durable,safe,cheap,practical,and it can improve hearing apparently without any sideeffect. Therefore it is well worth spreading.
