鼻内窥镜下行上颌窦中、下鼻道开窗术49例报告

The fenestration of maxillary sinus in both medius and inferior nasal meatus under endoscopy

报告对49例(65侧)慢性上颌窦炎在鼻内窥镜下行中下鼻道开窗术,经3～6个月观察随访,引流效果好,符合上颌窦生理,有效率达95.4％。并就术后窗口狭窄或闭锁、分泌物潴留等问题进行讨论。

By means of endoscopy,49 patients(65 sinuses) were performed fenestrations of maxillary sinus in both medius and inferior nasal meatus for discharging. By following up 3 months,the effective rate is 95. 38%. The indication and result of the operation were discussed. Problems such as stenosis or atresia of the windows, secretion retaining, etc were also tentatively discussed.
