鼻息肉与上颌窦窦口阻力关系的研究

Study on the rlation between nasalpolyps and resistance on the ostium of maxillary sinus

采用自制的上颌窦窦口阻力测定仪，测定了２７１侧上颌窦窦口阻力。其中，单纯鼻息肉５３侧，慢性上颌窦炎１０５侧，慢性上颌窦炎伴息肉５５侧；正常上颌窦５８侧（进行对照）。结果提示，慢性上颌窦炎及慢性上颌窦炎伴有鼻息肉者的窦口阻力，明显高于单纯鼻息肉者，说明只有鼻息肉引起窦口粘膜病变时才影响窦口的阻力。

Abstract The resistance of natural ostium of maxillary sinus was investigated by using the instrument designed by ourseves in 271 cases. Of them 53 cases were sinuses with nasal polyps,105 with chronic maxillary sinusitis, 55 with chronic maxillary sinusitis and nasal polyps. The rest 58 cases with normal sinuses were used as control group. It shows that natural ostium resistance with chronic maxillary sinusitis and chronic maxillary sinusitis complicated by nasal polyps elevated more than that with simple nasal polyps. We considered that nasal polyps itself did not obviously infect natural ostium resistance. However,if resistence increased on the ostium of maxillary sinus,that usually showed pathological change spreaded into ostium mucosa of maxillary sinus.
