慢性肾功能衰竭豚鼠前庭器损害的扫描电镜观察

Electron-microscopic study of the vestibular apparatus damaged by the chronic renal failure about quinea pigs

手术处理豚鼠双侧输尿管建立慢性肾功能衰竭动物模型，扫描电镜观察前庭器的改变，发现有耳石形态改变、感觉细胞纤毛减少和缺失，表明慢性肾功能衰竭对豚鼠前庭器有损害，并对引起这些改变的机制进行探讨。

Abstract The chronic renal failure animal model was establised by operation in 12 guinea pigs. The changes of the vestibular apparatus damaged by the chronic rensl failure of guinea pigs were observed with the scanning electron microscope(SEM). We found that the destroyed otoconia showed the changes, such as decalcification, ball shape, trigonal shape, unclear ends, etc, that the cilia of the cristea ampullaries, macula utriculi and accule become significant less or absent, specially at the top of cristea ampullaries and the striola of macula. It is suggested that the chronic renal failure might damage the vestibular apparatus of the guinea pig.
