眶内侧壁的应用解剖研究

Anatomical study of the medial orbit wall

对６０具成人尸头的眶内侧壁进行解剖，观察筛窦外侧壁即纸样板的垂直面与中鼻道外侧壁和上颌窦内侧壁的关系，各筛孔与Ｄａｃｒｙｏｎ点的关系；测量眶内侧壁孔间的距离，以及纸样板的长度、宽度、厚度。以给鼻外筛窦及鼻内筛窦显微手术提供一系列应用数据。

Abstract The surgical anatomy of the medial orbit wall was studied on 60 adult cadavers. We observed the relationship of the lateral wall of the ethmoid with the lateral wall of the middle meatus and the medial wall of the maxillay sinus,and the relationship of maxillay sinus,and the relationships of ethmoidal fOramen with Dacryon point.The distance from fixed points on the medial orbit wall and the length,width,thickness of the lamina papyracea were measured.
