泪腺良性混合瘤的CT表现（32例分析）

泪腺良性混合瘤是眼眶内常见肿瘤。此瘤如能在术前作出定性诊断，不作切开活检，而一次性将瘤体连包膜完整摘除，可无复发之虞。本文分析３２例经病理证实为良性混合瘤的ＣＴ资料，提供影像学术前诊断依据。并讨论恶性泪腺瘤和其他炎性病变的鉴别诊断。

The benign mixed tumor of lacrimal gland present special problems in diagnosis and management. If it is excised entire, could prevented late recurrence.This article were analysed 32 cases CT finding, its showed an enhanced heterogenous, compressed and round or oval shape mass in the lacrimal fossa. This must be differentiated from other space occupied lesions (such as milignant tumors, other inflammatory lymphoid lesions and dermoid cysts).
