单／双期静脉团注法给药对造影剂分布的影响研究

CT Study on Distribution of Contrast Media by Single/Double Phase Intravous Bolus Injection

笔者研究了２０例正常成人单／双期静脉团注（相同碘含量造影剂）的脑质及血管时间－密度曲线，为床渐进静脉团注动态ＣＴ扫描方案的实施提供理论依据，对于脑内疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断及术前方案具有重要意义。

This article reported the time-density curves of both the brain matter and the vessel of 20 normal adults by single/double phase intravous bolus injection with the same content of iodine. Which provides theory basis for incremental-bolus dynamic CT and have deep significance for diagnosis,differential diagnosis and make choice of the treatment plans of intracranial diseases.
