Application of Fast MR Imaging Techniques in Spine Scan (304 Cases Analysis)

磁共振成像（ＭＲＩ）是一新型、非损伤性检查方法。笔者采用Ｐｈｉｌｉｐｓ０．５Ｔ超导ＭＲ机的快速扫描技术，即本机型称为快速场回波序列（ｆａｓｔｆｉｅｌｄｅｃｈｏ，ＦＦＥ），对３０４例脊柱疾患扫描。提出了ＦＦＥ序列的优点，即可以增强影像的对比度，产生脊髓造影的效果；克服了ＭＲ检查时间长的缺点；提高了图像的信噪比；减少由于运动和血流产生的伪影，为脊柱ＭＲ检查的最佳序列。

MRI is a new and nontraumatic examine techniques. Using Philips 0.5T Super-conduct MRI, the fast MR imaging techniques (fast filed echo, FFE) was applied in 304 cases of spine scan.The advantages of FFE imaging are enhancing contrast of MR imaging, producing similar result to myelography, reducing MR scan time, improving signal to noise ratio of MR imaging, and reducing a number of artifacts associated with motion and blood flow. So that FFE techniques is first-rate alignment in spine scan.
