主动脉夹层的MR表现及特征

MR Feature of Aortic Dissection

本文报道２８例主动脉夹层，根据夹层撕裂的形式及程度，将其分为四种类型，即平行形、螺旋形、跳跃形和环形，重点讨论主动脉夹层的ＭＲ技术及表现，认为ＭＲ诊断主动脉夹层具有肯定的价值。

Twenty-eight cases of aortic dissection were described,According to the form of tear and degree of dissection,we classified into 4 forms:parallel,spiral,skip and annular forms,MR technique and manifestation of aortic dissection was emphasized.It is suggested that MR has reliable value in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.
